This Policy does not apply to the practices of any websites or third party sources where our game may appear for license or download. You should consult the privacy policies of those third party sources for their privacy practices. This Policy does not describe our practices on sites or apps where it does not appear.

Contact information. We collect name and email address. This may be about you, or for a friend that you want to invite to the Product. We collect usernames and nicknames.

Location information. Based on your IP address, we collect location information. This may include precise location.

Feedback information. We collect information that you give us when you complete a survey or participate in a contest or promotion. This includes when you write a review. We collect information directly from you. We collect contact and demographic information when you download the Product. We also collect feedback information if you contact us through the Product or participate in a survey. This includes through message boards.

We do this in the Product, and in emails that we send to you. We collect this information about users over time when you use the Product. We may have third parties collect information this way.

We get information about you from third parties. Third party sites where you can download our game may provide us with contact and demographic information about you. This includes the Steam platform. Social media platforms and third party apps, such as Facebook and Google, may also give us contact and demographic information about you. This happens if you choose to login, sign-up, or link your Steam account with these third party platforms. We do not control these third parties. Any request or question about information they have disclosed to us should be directed to the third party. We may also collect contact information about you from other users. This happens if they invite or refer you to the Product.

We Combine Information

We combine information. For example, we may combine information that we have collected offline with information we collect online. We may combine information we collect when you use our games with information when you visit our websites. We combine information that we have collected across other third party sites. We combine information across devices, such as computers and mobile devices. We may also combine information we get from a third party with information we already have.

We Share Information With Others

We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf. We may share contact, payment, and demographic information with trusted vendors. These may include companies who serve as our vendors and help us deliver our products to you. We may also share contact, demographic, and location information with companies that operate the Product or help us run a promotion or other offering.

If you participate in a message board, local communities, or chat room within the Product, you should be aware that the information you provide there (i.e. your public profile) may be made broadly available to others, and could be used to contact you, send you unsolicited messages, or for purposes neither we nor you have control over. Also, please recognize that individual forums and chat rooms may have additional rules and conditions. We are not responsible for the personal information or any other information you choose to submit in these forums.

We may share information for other reasons we may describe to you.

Your Choices
You have certain choices about how we use your information.

You can opt out of certain marketing. To stop receiving our promotional emails or communications follow the instructions in any promotional message you get from us. If you opt out of getting marketing messages, you will continue to receive messages from us about your relationship with us where permitted by law.

You can control cookies and tracking tools. Your browser may give you the ability to control cookies or other tracking tools. How you do so depends on the type of tool. Certain browsers can be set to reject browser cookies. To control flash cookies, which we may use on certain websites from time to time, you can go here. Why? Because flash cookies cannot be controlled through your browser settings.

Our Do Not Track Policy: Some browsers have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. We do not currently respond to those signals. If you block cookies, certain features on our sites may not work. If you block or reject cookies, not all of the tracking described here will stop. Options you select are browser and device specific.

The Product is Not Intended For Children

The Product is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under 13 has given us information, you can write to us or email us at the addresses provided at the end of this policy. We Use Standard Security Measures

We use standard security measures as required by relevant law. The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of the Product will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. This includes not sharing your passwords.

We Store Information In the United States

Information we collect may be stored within the United States. If you live outside of the United States and choose to use the Product you understand that it is at your own risk. You also understand that your information will be sent to the United States. The United States may not afford the same level of protection as laws in your own country.

Links to Third Party Sites

We may link to third-party sites or apps. The Product may also include third party content that collects information. We do not control these third parties. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of these third party websites or apps. Please read the privacy policies of other websites carefully. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party sites or apps.
